A.According to copyright laws of the United States of America the photographer (me) is granted these rights. This allows me to create images for my clients, while retaining the rights to use those same images to promote my business. Under the license agreement, clients can use their images as they see fit, but are not allowed to sell them to stock photography websites or other 3rd party vendors.

A.Yes, there is an additional fee for the unlimited rights to these images.

A.When we work together, we are a team, the final result will never be a surprise. But in the unlikely event the finished product just doesn't suit you, I have a Reshoot Request form. This process allows us to target the specific elements to be revised and get your deliverables back on track. If you're interested in learning more this process, please feel free to email me.

A.To provide my highest quality images I can for recipe recreations about a 7 day week from the pre-production start day.

For Exclusive Recipe Creation I will require an additional 7 day week for research and testing.

A.My Fair Ingredient Pricing Model breaks down into two parts. First, small charges for portions of pantry staples that I already have on hand; for example $ 0.25 for a cup of flour. Items like meats, less than common spices, or diet specific goods will be purchased at the lowest possible price and itemized on the invoice. Client will always have the option to see the proposed ingredient cost before committing to the purchase.
